Ministries
-
There are many opportunities for Christian service, growth
and fellowship within our community of faith. Our church
was founded with the idea that the only limitation in sharing
the good news of Jesus is our own creativity. Our programs,
activities and events all reflect that guiding priniciple.
Please scroll down to see a partial listing of our ministries.
They are listed in no particular order.

The Well in the Desert
MCCCV is a partner of the Well in the Desert (Palm Springs Homeless
Feeding Program). In addition to our monthly financial support
of this effort, MCCCV conducts an annual TOY DRIVE in cooperation
with St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church where we collect new
unwrapped toys throughout Advent. In 2004 we collected well
over 1,200 toys which were distributed to the poorest of the
poor at the annual Christmas Day Dinner at St. Theresa's. MCCCV
also conducts an Easter Candy Drive during Lent.
